Keep the whole family healthy with comprehensive youth programs

Healthy habits learned early can lead to a longer, healthier life. With that in mind, we’ve developed a wide variety of youth programs offered in a safe, creative environment to keep children of all ages fit and healthy.

We also offer on-site child care for parents or guardians to enjoy during their workout.

Through the power of play, children of all levels will learn bodyweight movements that build confidence and strength.

A fun and active alternative for summer and winter school breaks. Children ages 3 to 14 will love the kid-focused activities.

Open to kids ages 3 to 5, the Soccer Tots program teaches basic soccer skills in a fun and encouraging team environment.

Created for kids ages 11 and up, this course covers essential childcare skills to help build confidence on babysitting assignments.

American Red Cross-certified lessons in a family friendly setting. Classes offered for infants and children of all ages.

Celebrate at Riverside! Kids ages 2 to 12 will enjoy our customized party packages, activities, and fun-filled environment.

Bring the kids while you work out! Our on-site child care center welcomes children 6 weeks to 7 years old.
