Physical Therapist
Dr. Poe is a Colorado native who graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 2007. She earned her B.A. in Art History with the thought of going into medicine. She met her husband in Virginia and decided physical therapy was where her passions met. She obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University in 2012, where she graduated with honors.
Arielle is certified in trigger point dry needling through the American Dry Needling Institute. She is currently a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions with a focus on shoulder injuries. She believes there is an art and a science to physical therapy and enjoys melding the two to help patients reach their goals and regain an active lifestyle.
In her free time she enjoys kayaking, mountain biking, yoga and exploring museums.
