Athletic Trainer
Adam earned a Bachelor of Science in athletic training from Concord University in West Virginia and a Master of Science in kinesiology from George Mason University, where he wrote his thesis on sports-related concussions and health-related quality of life.
A certified athletic trainer with Riverside Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, Adam is particularly interested in sports concussions and musculoskeletal injuries. He emphasizes holistic patient care along with comprehensive treatment of specific injuries.
Adam also assists on ultrasound-guided procedures and provides outreach coverage to local middle schools, including injury prevention techniques, treatment of acute and chronic injuries and management of acute emergent situations.
A native of Virginia, Adam enjoys being able to work in a community that he loves. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his friends and relax at the beach.
