In honor of Older Americans Month, we are offering a workshop for family caregivers of loved ones living with dementia. 

Join us as we focus on various topics that you may interest you:

- Understanding Dementia
- Managing Challenges
- Handling Stress
- Finding Time for You

Registration is required and limited. Light lunch will be provided at 11:30 a.m.

In-Person Expectant Parents Tours - Wednesday

Riverside is proud to offer in-person Expectant Parent Tours on scheduled evenings and one Saturday morning each month.

During the tour, parents-to-be can preview the birthing suites and postpartum rooms in our Women and Infant Care Unit at Riverside Regional Medical Center. On the tour, you will have the opportunity to have your questions answered regarding having your baby at Riverside.

Attendance is limited to the expectant mother and 1 additional person, therefore ONLY the expectant mother needs to register for this tour. Registration will close once we have reached capacity.

Registration is required. Click the yellow "Register Now" button to the right to register for the tour. Please provide your email address. As the tour appointment approaches, you will receive an email with instructions for the tour.

In-person Understanding Infant & Child Safety Class

Starting from infancy into early childhood, this class teaches new parents the essentials of safety for little ones.  Topics covered will include safe baby care, childproofing and accident prevention tips, and how to be better prepared for emergency situations.

This class is offered on the 2nd Wednesday of the month from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.

Your instructor will meet you in the Tower Lobby of Riverside Regional Medical Center to take you to the classroom.
 
Registration is required.  Attendance is limited to the expectant mother and 1 additional person, therefore ONLY the expectant mother needs to register. Registration will close once the class has reached capacity.
