In this class, your instructor will share examples of how to care for yourself and your baby, along with reassurance that the changes and ups and downs experienced in the 4th trimester are normal and to be expected.

This class is offered on the 2nd Wednesday morning of the month from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m.

33rd Annual Hampton Roads Trauma Symposium

Thank you for your interest in the 33rd Annual Hampton Roads Trauma Symposium which will be held on Friday, April 11, 2025. The target audience for this symposium is emergency physicians, trauma surgeons, physicians, RNs, EMS and other healthcare professionals and providers interested in trauma care.  

Please join us for a day focused on What Remains: Navigating the path After the Trauma Bay.

Registration fees are as follows:

Physicians: $150
Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant: $120
Nurses / EMS / Allied Health: $90
Full-Time Student: $50 (letter of faculty approval required)
Exhibitors: $1,000 per table
