Fearless Caregiver Conference

September 26, 2024

Join us for an engaging conference designed for family members caring for adults or older adults. This conference will bring together family caregivers who could benefit from a variety of resources.

You will learn how to:

  • Balance family, work & caregiving
  • Motivate family members to help
  • Legally protect your aging parents

Thanks to our conference host, Gary Barg, who is the Editor-in-Chief for Today's Caregiver magazine.

Limited tickets available at NO COST for caregivers and lunch will be provided.

Doors will open at 9:30 a.m. for in person registration and visits with vendors.

In-Person Understanding Birth Class

This class allows moms-to-be and their partner or support person to explore the many choices available to make their birth experience personal and positive. The course includes comprehensive information on pregnancy, labor and birth, as well as relaxation and breathing techniques.

This class is being offered the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.
 
Registration is required.  Attendance is limited to the expectant mother and 1 additional person, therefore ONLY the expectant mother needs to register. Registration will close once the class has reached capacity.

As the class date approaches, you will receive a reminder email with additional information about the class.
 
Your instructor will meet you in the Tower Lobby of Riverside Regional Medical Center to take you to the classroom.
