2024 Provider of the Year
Charles Frazier, M.D.
2024’s Provider of the Year is Dr. Charles Frazier, a Navy veteran and practicing family physician with nearly 40 years of experience. Dr. Frazier is currently the Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Information and Innovation Officer for Riverside Health. His passion for educating future doctors, caring for patients and using technology to improve care is apparent to every life he touches.
2024 Citizens of the Year
TowneBank, led by G. Robert Aston, Jr., Gordon L. Gentry, Jr. and Alexis Swann, was honored as Citizen of the Year for its commitment to giving back and to supporting health and wellness. TowneBank exemplifies the values of a community bank through outreach, philanthropy and strong support for its employees and the communities they call home.
Special Recognition of the Life and Legacy of Golden Bethune Hill
As the first African American Executive Vice President at Riverside, and former President of Riverside Regional Medical Center, the late Golden Bethune Hill, a nurse herself, advanced nursing education and focused her determination and passion for outreach on fulfilling her dream of providing critical care to underserved communities. Golden’s husband, Charlie W. Hill, shares her dream and is working with Riverside to continue her legacy.
