About Rosalind Grace-Ann Green-Rhoden, FNP

Rosalind earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brenau University in Gainsville, Georgia and a Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board.

With over 12 years of diverse nursing experience, Rosalind enjoys comprehensively caring for patients across the lifespan as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her patient-centric philosophy is evident as she takes pride in making each individual feel comfortable. By connecting with the patient, family and other providers, she strives to ensure that each unique need is met while providing resources to encourage participation in health care decisions.

In addition to preventative screenings, health physicals, school physicals, immunizations, Pap smears and contraception management, Rosalind specializes in the treatment of acute illnesses, minor acute injuries, STDs and skin eruptions. She also manages chronic diseases including hypertension, diabetes, asthma, COPD and women’s health issues.

Born in Montego Bay, Jamaica, Rosalind is fond of the small-town feel of the Hampton Roads community along with easy access to metropolitan cities. She and her husband of 24 years have an adult son and a daughter in college. Rosalind enjoys charity marathons, family walks, exotic travel, contemporary Christian music and inspirational novels.
