I've seen PA Chuck for a while now and due to fertility as well as health issues me and husband are currently facing I was diagnosed before becoming a patient of Chuck with mental adjustment disorder, and I was having a rough day due to an upcoming appointment with the fertility doctor, PA Chuck knowing about this was very dismissive and basically told me to get over it. The only thing that was bad on my labs was my cholesterol which is a problem on both sides of my family everything else improved I even lost 2 lbs and I was honest and said ive been unmotivated to exercise due to feeling down but I was starting to feel a little better and was gonna try harder yet Chuck made it seem like I was doing so bad and said that being depressed/stressed over something I can't control (my fertility) is not an excuse if it's something I really want then I got to just go thru it. I started to cry in the office and the response I got was why are you crying that's life everything isn't going to be easy and you crying isn't going to change it. For the 1st time since being his patient I left there feeling worse then when I came in [...]. The rest of the staff was wonderful and like I said this was my 1st bad experience so I'll see how he is the next time cause every one is human and know from experience that everyone has a bad day however if it happens again I will be taking my care else where.

I saw Dr. Nick Chuck. During this visit I thought his tone and demeanor was very rude, dismissive, and judgmental. He made statements like, "Where on this paper does it say that walking is an exercise", and "What's up with your eye" which was in regard to my right eye [...]. I expressed concerns about a bump I had on my face, which I initially thought was a cyst. After examination he determined it was actually a mass. He said he wanted to bring someone in to show them, Then when the other lady came in he slightly chuckled and said, "That's not a cyst, right?" When discussing how weight was a concern, I told Dr. Chuck that I had lost 6 lbs. He asked me what I was doing, and I said eating healthy and counting calories. His response was that's all? I then said I was aware that I needed to exercise, and that I use to walk to and from work, but since switching jobs I no longer get that exercise. He then went and printed out a flyer with different exercises. This is when he said, "Where on this paper does it say that walking is exercise?" He also gave me a packet with diet ideas. In this packet was a list of his "golden rules" for weight loss, which he made read aloud to him. This made me feel uncomfortable and belittled. He also said something about "Look better, feel better." He was saying it would help health concerns and self confidence. I found that uncalled for since I never mentioned that self confidence was a concern for me. [...]

[...] He's arrogant and rude and I was in shock the way I was treated, but from his reviews on other sites, he needs to be in some training on how to deal with people and the patient concerns
