Dr. Ratcliffe is one of the MOST caring healthcare providers that I have ever had in my 53 years! She is VERY VERY engaged and informative. I believe she truly wants the best for her patients. She offers scientific, evidence based guidance, suggestions and advice. I feel like she is caring for herself or her family...as in she treats her patients as if she is treating her loved ones. Also, she treats healthcare as a partnership. I recall during my visit, she said "ask my other provider if she will consider". If healthcare could clone Dr. Ratcliffe (and others like her), our healthcare system would be honest, healthy, present and proactive again.Love Kimberly Ratcliffe!

I am blessed to have her as my dr in these crazy times. Once again I don't mind waiting on day of appointment because I know she is giving another patient the same amount of time needed to give them the care and concern she gives me. She is a rare "find" in that she seems to one of the few doctors left who entered the field as if it's a calling - and not a typical 9-5 "job". She sacrifices her home and personal eve hours to send me follow-up comments re test results from that day. At 77 yrs old, I've never had a dr who was so "in my corner" as she is. I hope to have her as my primary as long as I am alive.
