To me, my care provider is excellent. She does very well explaining everything to you and everything that you need to do she lets you know about everything. She's beautiful person and her work is excellent. She shows you everything that she possibly can and she tells you all that she can possibly tell you.

I've run out of good things to say about Dr Ratcliffe! Sometimes she's running late (not this time!) but I know it's because she is very attentive and thorough. Even if she has had an urgent problem before my appointment, I know she'll still spend the time needed when it's my turn.

Dr Ratcliffe is a very passionate and caring physician. If she's running behind it doesn't bother me because I know she's taking care of that patient the same way she will do for me. We definitely need more doctors like Dr. Kimberly Ratcliffe.

Excellent care by nursing staff and provider. Although I did have to wait after my test results, the provider spent time with me, listened to my concerns, and explained medications and likely length of illness. I DID NOT feel rushed. I felt like they cared about me.
