Obstetrics & Gynecology

Dr. Neeley joins our Obstetrics & Gynecology team after completing his OB/GYN residency at Riverside Regional Medical Center. During this time he earned multiple awards and certifications, including Medical Student of the Year, Medical Student Teacher of the Year, two Champion of Care awards and laparoscopic surgery certification.

He studied osteopathic medicine at The University of Pikeville in his home state of Kentucky after earning a Master of Arts in teaching and dual Bachelor’s degrees in chemistry and biology from The University of the Cumberlands.

Dr. Neeley’s instinct to heal and care for others runs deep. As a medical student, he participated in a medical mission trip to the Dominican Republic to provide essential care to underserved communities. As an undergraduate, he completed more than 200 hours of community service to earn the distinction of Hutton Scholar.

His patient care philosophy is simple: treat each patient as if they were a family member. Continuity of care is a key reason he chose to pursue a career in OB/GYN, and he looks forward to caring for patients through various life stages, from early adulthood to menopause and beyond.

Dr. Neeley enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters, playing tennis, fishing, and visiting Busch Gardens.
