Sometimes I think doctors assume a specialized knowledge of your medical issues that many clients simply don't have due to their training in other areas, etc.

Dr. Gadams was aloof, preoccupied, non-empathetic, curt, and exuded a callous coldness. Dr. Gadams gave me life-changing news while speaking to the computer screen rather than directly to me. She showed little concern with me as a person. Dr. Gadams should be a research scientist -- where she can work unbothered by people -- rather than a medical practitioner.
