About Haley Kielbas, PA-C

Haley Kielbas, PA-C, is a board-certified primary care physician assistant with special interests in women’s health, mental health and young adults. Haley earned a Master of Physician Assistant degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Haley has strong clinical experience in internal medicine, urgent care and emergency room care as well as experience in injury management and laceration repair. She also has experience as an EMT and has been a hospice volunteer.

Watching family members suffer with debilitating chronic illnesses inspired Haley to become a clinician who advocates for early, intensive lifestyle interventions. She has a passion for promoting wellness across the lifespan. Her goals are to form strong, long-lasting relationships with patients and to allow space for the unfolding of therapeutic partnerships grounded in warmth, compassion and acceptance.

As a strong believer in a holistic approach, she promotes wellness through educating her patients about disease prevention. Haley strives to provide patient-centered care, to understand and honor each individual’s distinct worldview and to make each patient feel they will be listened to, advocated for and welcomed.

After growing up in Port Huron, Michigan, Haley appreciates the proximity to both the beach and mountains in Hampton Roads, as well as the diverse local population. She enjoys reading, gardening, traveling and exploring with her dog.
