About Elizabeth Miller Palmer, PA-C

After earning a bachelor’s degree from Elon University, Elizabeth earned a Master of Physician Assistant Medicine from Lynchburg College in 2017. She also earned a Doctor of Medical Science from Lynchburg College and completed a critical care PA fellowship at Lynchburg General Hospital in 2018. Elizabeth is board-certified as a physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Elizabeth bases her practice on two firm beliefs: first, that success in medicine is achieved through lifelong learning and growth, and secondly, that every patient should be treated with understanding and respect, as if they were family.

As a critical care and pulmonary PA at Riverside Regional Medical Center, she appreciates the unique opportunity to care for the sickest of the sick. Elizabeth finds it humbling to care for people during the worst, or potentially last, days of their lives and rewarding to help them make steps toward recovery.

Born and raised in Williamsburg, Elizabeth was happy to return to Hampton Roads, where she can be close to family and enjoy outdoor activities year-round. She especially enjoys hiking, kayaking, boating and going to the beach. Elizabeth and her fiancé, Blake, have a beagle named Ducky.
