About Charles Myers Vaughan, MD

Dr. Vaughan completed his undergraduate degree at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC, and his medical degree at Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC. Subsequently, he completed his residency in internal medicine at Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine in Norfolk, VA, completing a year as chief resident. Additionally, he completed a fellowship in cardiovascular diseases at the Medical College of Georgia.

Dr. Vaughan is Board Certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular diseases and is a licensed nuclear cardiologist. He has been practicing cardiology since 1993. Dr. Vaughan's current practice includes non-invasive, invasive, and interventional cardiology.

My wife and I absolutely love the Riverside Health Vare system. We have both have had nothing but great experiences. From scheduling, waiting room times are short, staff are friendly and informative and the doctors are amazing and professional. HIGHLY recommend this group to anyone.
