Our urologists are specially trained to treat conditions and diseases of the urinary tract. In addition to general urology, our providers have an interest in the treatment of kidney, bladder and prostate cancers, incontinence and kidney stones in adult patients.
New patients: What to bring to your appointment
Please arrive 30 minutes early for your first appointment. Bring your insurance card, state-issued photo identification and, if needed, a copayment and referral (HMO patients). We also ask that you bring your list of medications with dosages or the original prescription bottles. If you have X-rays available, please bring them.
We don't require a referral, but some insurance providers require one from your primary care provider before you make an appointment with us. If you need help securing a referral, please call us and we'll be glad to assist.
