Sally has really focused on manual therapy as an approach for treatment and completed her Manual Therapy Certification from St. Augustine University in 2010. She has also taken several McKenzie courses and Great Lakes manual courses to further her knowledge and skill base. Sally plans to complete her Maitland certification for manual therapy in 2023. Sally continues to progress her career to offer the most evidenced based approach to physical therapy treatment while offering compassionate and individualized care.
Heather joined the Riverside family in early 2024 with the tenacity and positive energy to bring the utmost care and compassion for every patient. Heather was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA and attended Christopher Newport University where she received her undergraduate degree in Biology in 2012. Heather’s interest in PT grew after she had physical therapy numerous times for sports injuries herself. Heather moved to St. Augustine, FL where she studied by the beaches pursuing her D.P.T degree at University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Heather became interested in women’s health while she was pregnant with her first child in 2021 and received all her training through Herman & Wallace. Since then, Heather provides specialty treatment for male and female pelvic floor dysfunction and has had great functional outcomes. Helping her patients reach their fullest potential in their day-to-day lives is the driving force within Physical Therapy. Heather is a happy new mama of two now and loves spending all her free time with her family. During her time off, she enjoys soaking up the sunshine at a local playground while chasing after her toddler or sitting by a firepit, making a mean s’more. On Sundays, you can catch her watching football on her couch, swinging her terrible towel. Go Steelers!
