A strong desire to help others overcome similar problems continues to fuel him today. Knowing that some conditions are not amenable to surgery, he believes all patients deserve the time to understand their problem and treatment options.

I have never had an issue with Dr. McLendon or his PA and have and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a shoulder procedure. They are the best I have encountered and their patient skills are top notch.

Every care provider has been OUTSTANDING!!! Extremely professional, very committed to making sure I clearly understood all aspects of what my options were, what to expect, how to prepare for my treatment, they made me comfortable with what all the information they provided was AND in EVERY case, what they said would happen & what the outcome would be, was spot on exactly what I experienced.

I read more about his thoughts or care plan In the after visit summary than what was explained to me. This was my first time seeing a Riverside Ortho specialist other than in the emergency/operating room. I had been seeing another ortho practice prior to my accident/emergency room visit. They always greated me by name when coming in the exam room and sat on a stool and looked me in the eye when talking to me. I always felt heard. I had hoped my visit with Riverside Ortho would be on par. Sorry to say it wasn't. All I can say is maybe he was having a bad day.
