About Charles Owen Frazier, MD

Dr. Frazier graduated from the University of Virginia and completed his internship and residency at the Charleston Naval Hospital in 1992. Past Director of the Family Medicine Residency Program, he is still active in the program. Dr. Frazier is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
