2024-2025 Salaries:

  • PGY-1 $63,208.00
  • PGY-2 $64,253.00
  • PGY-3 $67,832.00

PROGRAM BENEFITS

  • One-time Moving stipend: $1,000.00 - subject to IRS rules.

  • Resident Education Fund: $2,500.00 Residents Fund to pay for books, study materials and conferences as approved by the Program Manager and based on the availability of funds. $500 is available during the first year - $2,000 is available during the second year and third year

*If enrolled in Medical, Dental, Vision or other benefits, your benefits will begin on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You may want to consider an interim medical plan to bridge the gap between your employment start and the date your Riverside medical insurance begins.

  • PTO (Paid Time Off) plans used for holidays and personal time160 days (20 days)
  • Sick Tim for Residents own illness = 96 hours (12 days)
  • Resident paid leave for approved medical, parental, and caregiver leave(s) of absence = up to six (6) weeks (or 240 hours), available to use on a continuous or intermittent basis, at any time during residents' participation in the program.
 

SCHEDULING VACATION/PTO

  • PGY1: receives 20 days PTO (vacation) each year (5 used during the December holiday schedule).
  • PGY2: receives 20 days PTO (vacation) (5 used during the December holiday schedule) and 5 days of conference leave.PGY3: receives 20 days PTO (vacation) (5 used during the December holiday schedule) and 5 days of conference leave
