Riverside's DEI Program
Riverside’s DEI program and implementation plan utilize a collaborative approach. The work of DEI is not isolated to a specific person, program, or department. Over the years, many members of the Riverside team have dedicated their time to DEI within the organization. This plan is designed to empower the Riverside team to enhance existing DEI efforts and introduce additional initiatives to further these efforts.
