Requirements for Students Interested in a Clinical Rotation.
Please submit:
Completed Application (includes Date of Birth and last 4 digits of SSN)
- Letter of Good Standing
- Proof of liability insurance
- Immunization record
- Photo for badge (jpeg)
Medical Students
Students must be candidates for the MD or DO degree in an accredited school. After your rotation dates are confirmed, additional information will be emailed to you regarding student orientation and onboarding.
Lodging
Housing is available for select rotations through Riverside Clinical Rotations Office. Please indicate your need for housing on your application.
Visiting Residents
Visiting Residents must hold an MD or DO degree and be in good standing from their current ACGME-accredited residency program.
Additionally, Visiting Residents must also provide:
- Valid Virginia License
- Valid NPI
- Completed Provider Directory Profile
APP Students
APP students (NP, PA) must be candidates in good academic standing in an accredited school and from an institution with which Riverside has an Affiliation Agreement.
After your rotation dates are confirmed, additional information will be emailed to you regarding student orientation and onboarding.
Completing the initial application is only the first step of the process and does not guarantee approval/acceptance for the rotation until ALL requested items have been submitted.
Upon acceptance, students must complete all onboarding requirements including HealthStream learning modules.
