On your first day, you can expect to complete System Wide Orientation that covers information on Riverside’s 100 + years journey, mission, vision, values, team member benefits and resources, retirement, wellness & fitness, occupational health and safety and emergency management. You will also receive Riverside Care Difference training which covers our commitments to safety, healing, kindness & respect and introduces you to our safety behaviors and error prevention tools.
