Salary:

Current base salary for PGY 1 is $60,772 per year

 PROGRAM BENEFITS

  • One time Moving Stipend of up to $1,000 (taxed)

  • Reimbursement for training programs including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP which are all included in the onboarding process
  • Reimbursement for USMLE Step 3 / COMLEX Level 3

      *If enrolled in Medical, Dental, Vision or other benefits your benefits will begin on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.  You may want to consider an interim medical plan to bridge the gap between your employment start date and the date your Riverside medical insurance begins

      PAID TIME OFF

    • PTO (Paid Time Off) plans are used for holidays and personal time off. Each program year the resident receives 20 days of PTO with 5 used during the December holiday schedule
    • Sick Time for Resident’s own illness = 12 days each program year
    • Resident Paid Leave for approved medical, parental, and caregiver leave(s) of absence= up to six (6) weeks (or 240 hours), available to use on a continuous or intermittent basis, at any time during Resident’s participation in a Program
