SALARIES:

  • First Year - $60,772
  • Second Year - $62,383
  • Third Year - $65,858
  • Fourth Year - $69, 397

PGY-1:

  • Malpractice insurance is paid for by Riverside Regional Medical Center.
  • Scrub uniforms provided, two lab coats and two fleece jackets with name.
  • Health Insurance for resident, resident is responsible for premium and copays.
  • 20 days PTO (vacation) each year (5 used during the December holiday schedule).
  • Moving expenses up to $1,000- subject to IRS rules.

Resident Fund would include, 3 books provided, temporary medical license fee, dues for ACOG, CREOG Exam. No other conferences allowed for 1st year unless you are presenting a paper or poster.

 

Books:

  • Three Text Books - $525.00 (Chosen & provided by Program).

Other:

  • Creog Exam - $100.00

USMLE III is expected to be passed during PGY1 year, and must be passed to enter PGY3 year. If not, resident will have a six month probation period to pass. If not completed at the end of the six month probation period, resident will be terminated. When passed, residency will reimburse for one test.

* All above to be approved by Director of Program and are subject to availability of funds. No funds carry over to next year.

PGY-2:

  • Malpractice insurance is paid for by Riverside Regional Medical Center.
  • Ultrasound conference (local).
  • Scrub uniforms provided and 1 lab coat and 1 fleece with name.
  • Health Insurance for resident, responsible for part of premium.
  • 20 days PTO (vacation) each year (5 used during the December holiday schedule).

Resident Fund:

  • Renewal of temporary medical license - One permanent license will be purchased by RRMC and will not come out of Conference monies.
  • Dues: Jr. ACOG National &District Fellows Dues- $160.00.
  • Books, cell phone, tablet, laptop, or other educational material - $300.00 per year.
  • Conferences - $1400.00
  • CREOG exam- $100.00
  • FLS or EMIGS course and test.

  • 20 days PTO (vacation) each year (5 used during the December holiday schedule).

Resident Fund:

  • Renewal of temporary medical license. Permanent VA medical license or equivalent amount for out of state license. Second permanent license is the residents responsibility but fees can be taken out of current year's conference monies
  • Dues: Jr. ACOG National &District Fellows Dues - $160.00
  • Books, cell phone, tablet, laptop, or other educational material - $300.00 per year
  • Conferences - $1400.00
  • CREOG exam - $100.00
  • Fee for the OB/GYN Written Boards. 
  • OB/GYN Board Review Conference

* All conferences must be approved by Director of Program. No funds carry over to next year.
