Requesting an Educational Enrichment Experience
Any student that participates in a clinical rotation or preceptorship within Riverside Health, must have an Affiliation Agreement in place between their attending institution and Riverside Health. If your institution does not have an affiliation agreement with Riverside Health, please contact the Education and Clinical Coordinator. The average time to process an Affiliation Agreement can take between 6 to 8 weeks prior to your clinical rotation or preceptorship. Once your institution has an Affiliation Agreement in place, the next steps are:
- Submit a Student Rotation Request: Either you or your university coordinator will complete a rotation request form at www.myclinicalexchange.com.
- Approval and Assignment: After your request is accepted, you will be assigned to complete the necessary compliance and health requirements.
Student Experiential Learning
If you are at least 18 years old, currently enrolled in college in good standing, seeking a learning opportunity that is not part of a university course requirement, or interested in gaining additional insights into your field this is a great opportunity. No affiliation agreement is required. The next steps are:
- Submit a Student Rotation Request: Complete a rotation request form at www.myclinicalexchange.com under Riverside Health Job Shadowing Academy.
- Approval and Assignment: After your request is accepted, you will be assigned to complete the necessary compliance and health requirements.
