Yes! You’re always welcomed to reapply for a rotation! We appreciate and welcome the continued interest in our program. If you are not accepted at this time, don’t be discouraged. The number of qualified applicants is dependent upon the availability of preceptors.
This is dependent upon the number of available preceptors during that semester.

The selection panel will review your application and notify you for an interview. A final decision then will be determined. If you are selected, you will be notified via email of the selection decision. If selected, the Clinical Rotations Office (CRO) will contact you to obtain additional required documents.

Your signed Acknowledgement and Confidentiality Agreement must be returned within one week of the CRO’s request. All other necessary documentation as requested by CRO must be returned within four weeks of the CROs request.

Failure to submit required documents jeopardizes the rotation.

The CRO is the gatekeeper of all medical students to ensure required documentation is completed and the number of students are monitored. All students must complete all steps of the process to complete clinicals within Riverside Health. If any steps are omitted, the rotation will be cancelled.
