The Wellness Weigh: Private Individual Nutrition Services for Adults and Children

The Wellness Weigh program includes a 45-60 minute initial session with a Registered Dietitian and shorter follow-up sessions, as desired based on package selection. The program includes the following components:

  • A food and exercise diary to maximize learning and behavior change
  • Body composition analysis to determine body fat and lean body mass
  • A personal Wellness Weigh binder
  • A T-Factor Fat Gram Counter
  • Emphasis on a balanced whole foods eating plan
  • Instruction on portion sizes, food combinations, disease prevention and menu design
  • Best bets in fast food, local restaurants and pizza

Fit Family: 2-Month Fitness/Pool Membership for You and a Child (ages 8-13) Plus Private Nutrition Services
In addition to your fitness center and pool membership, the Fit Family program includes the following:
