Mindful Awareness Meditation

Meditation is one of the most effective and natural ways to handle excess stress created by difficult situations. And the mindful awareness approach is one of the easiest ways to get the calming and relaxing benefits of meditation. The Mindful Awareness Study Program you'll receive as part of PCI's Integrative Oncology can be followed at your own pace whenever and wherever you like.
