There may be no Fountain of Youth, but there's plenty you can do to live longer and live better: 1. Include physical activity in your daily routine. 2. Exercise your mind. Read, or do a daily crossword puzzle. 3. Make your health a priority. Eat healthy foods, lose excess pounds, and seek regular medical care. 4. If you smoke, ask your doctor to help you quit. 5. Invest in your relationships with friends and loved ones. 6. Take time for the things you enjoy. 7. Stay connected to your community. Volunteer, or join a spiritual or community group.
