Sunscreen shopping tips

When you're shopping for sunscreen, don't just grab the bottle with the highest SPF. A sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15 can be a good choice if it is also a broad-spectrum sunscreen, which means it protects against UVA and UVB rays. Also check the expiration date and whether the sunscreen is water resistant. Ultimately, it's important to choose a sunscreen you like. If you don't care for the sunscreen, you're not likely to use it.
