How well do you wash your hands?

You know that washing your hands is one of the best ways to avoid getting sick. But do you wash properly? Use plenty of soap and warm water. Rub your hands vigorously for at least 20 seconds. Scrub all surfaces, including the backs of your hands, wrists, between your fingers and under your fingernails. Rinse well. Dry your hands with a clean or disposable towel or air dryer. If soap and water aren't available, alcohol-based hand sanitizer is a good alternative.
