Are leg cramps disturbing your sleep?

Leg cramps are most common during rest or sleep. To prevent leg cramps, drink plenty of liquids every day. Fluids help your muscles contract and relax. You can also stretch your calves and feet or take a spin on a stationary bike for a few minutes before bedtime.
