Patriots Colony Team Members and residents came out on Thursday, May 15th to enjoy the sun, some sweet treats and fun to raise funds for the Riverside Team Member Annual Campaign. "This is a great way to build upon the presentation given by Crystal Gregory at our Town Hall meeting in March. Each of us is trying to be as creative as possible to raise as much money as possible in support of our mission." stated Brain Tenney, Executive Director of Patriots Colony.
In celebration of National Nursing Home Week (re-named Patriots Colony Week so everyone feels included) team members could donate as little as $1 for the chance to dunk their boss. Participants included:
Tenney, Executive Director
Bruce Vance, Healthcare Administrator
Christine Morillo, Dining Service Director
Bobby Hall, Security Manager
Over $200 was raised at the dunk tank with most team members paying for the chance to dunk Christine Morillo. The day also included an atomic hot wing eating contest, cotton candy, cold watermelon and snow cones, popcorn and pretzels.
