The days are already starting to get a little shorter, but they're still long enough to enjoy
the added potential for activity that summer brings. Speaking of staying more active, don't miss the article on National Parks and Recreation Month which reminds us of the many opportunities for recreation in our local, state and national parks, as well as our community recreation departments.
July is also National Picnic Month, and while it's hard to improve upon the pleasure of combining food, friends and the great outdoors, you'll find some good ideas on bringing a little healthier approach to your next picnic.
And don't miss the update on the convenient My Healthy Lifestyle Clinic now offered at Riverside Regional Medical Center. Although this pilot program is limited in its scope initially, there's a chance that it can give Riverside team members another option for treating common health concerns at all system locations sometime in the near future.
