The new My Healthy Lifestyle Fitness Center
Now there's even another opportunity for getting started on an exercise program. It's the new My Healthy Lifestyle Fitness Center on the Riverside Regional Medical Center campus. The Fitness Center is located on 2 Annex and is open 24 hours a day. It currently includes two treadmills, two elliptical bikes, two bikes, free weights (5 lbs to 25 lbs), benches, body balls and mats. If the Center receives strong participation, we could also have the option to expand. And what do you need to take advantage of this new resource? Just a little motivation, your sneakers and your Riverside ID. All Riverside employees can use the Center via badge access.
Renee Rountree, Vice President, Emergency Services, uses the exercise equipment in the new My Healthy Lifestyle Fitness Center on the second floor of Riverside Regional Medical Center.
